California state lawmakers have recently passed a bill that will prohibit electronic cosmetic facial surgery without a physical examination being done within 30 days of the procedure.

The bill has been titled the Donda West Law (Kanye West’s mother), who passed away in November of 2007 due to complications following her surgery. Shortly after her death, it was revealed that West had not received medical clearance prior to her surgical operation
